1st 2013 Work Party
Saturday April 13 10 a.m. - ~ 2 p.m.
Following our tradition, we will work together until early afternoon, and then share a potluck picnic at the lake and chat about all the activities that are being planned for our Fiftieth Anniversary this year.
The spring cleaning work agenda will focus on cleanup of the widespread storm damage to trees and limbs around the property. If you have a saw, bring it along – we're going to have a bumper crop of firewood for the campground, the fire circle by the lake, and the sauna.
Here's a fine chance to meet Shana Weddington, our coordinator for the summer who has recently moved into the caretaker's cabin.
These hours count toward your 4-10 hours of voluntary work for the community this year.
